This rambling holiday will give you the opportunity to test the local specialities, in the land of forests and rivers, without the bother of carrying your luggage and returning to the starting point. From the “Purnalet” of La Roche, the famous “Borquin” of St-Hubert, the Upper Lesse trout, the Ardennes ham, the “cuvée de la jonquille”: so many little dishes that will give an unforgettable taste to your trip. This 160 km itinerary crosses the valleys of the Ourthe, the Lhomme, the Lesse and the Semois. From Bouillon the hiker will have the possibility of continuing towards Monthermé (France) to join the Meuse using the Ardenne-Eifel “Rhine-Meuse” path (AE).
