RUN WHILE HAVING FUN ON THE TRANSARDENNAISE TRAIL If you want to make a new start, to be in permanent contact with nature, to push back your limits and to turn your dream into reality, the Transardennaise has all to seduce you. Take part in this 100% raid, in the search of a victory over yourself! Learn to master your sensations and use day after day the philosophy of Socrates:know yourself... During 4 days, you'll be alone with yourself for this great crossing of the Ardennes massif. From North to South, you'll cross deep valleys intersperced with plateaus, sprinkled with picturesque villages prettier one than the other. This raid, open to all, wants to be didactic. Running and learning of techniques ae simultaneous, to offer you the opportunity to better know yourself, to control yourself and to better prepare this type of competition. From the first to the last mile, a follow-up will be provided to you by a specialist of this discipline, he will help you to better understand this will to surpass yourself... Holidays such as you appreciate them. Go on holiday with your family, with friends. They will be able to accompany you all along the itinerary and they will have the opportunity of discovering magnificent regions. D 5 : Daverdisse - Carlsbourg - Bouillon ( 45 km - 28 miles)

Advice
A thorough training and a good psycological preparation to "have fun when running".
The pleasure for the runner will be in doing his favourite sport, spending pleasant holidays with his family, discovering an unknown region and encouraging all participants to reach their goal.
